Be sure and clean your ring regularly with warm, soapy water, and dry with a soft cloth. Be sure and steer clear of jewelry cleaners filled with chemicals; these can damage the ring. Warm, soapy water is best!

For sterling silver, use warm, soapy water and finish with a polishing cloth to keep your ring shiny.

For gold vermeil, use only warm, soapy water to clean, and avoid all chemicals, cleansers, lotions and vigorous workouts while wearing your jewelry.

We do offer custom orders, and personalization when available. Be sure to ask before buying an item if it can be personalized.

Each piece is created in my home studio in Denver, Colorado. I use environmentally friendly products when available and applicable. Current timelines:

Catalog items: 3-5 business days
Custom silver rings: 2 weeks
Custom gold rings: 2-3 weeks

If you are in a rush, please let me know and I can try and work something out.

Orders that ship via USPS First Class mail, can take 3-5 business days to get from me to you within the US after the jewelry production time. International orders may take up to 5 weeks for shipping after the production time, but can be as fast as a couple of weeks.

Orders that ship via USPS Priority Mail usually arrive within 2-3 days.

I take great pride in creating my jewelry! If for some reason your jewelry arrives damaged, I will gladly send you a replacement. I cannot replace usual wear and tear, however.

We will replace/repair jewelry for any defects within 6 months. Orders older than 6 months can be fixed for a $15 fee, plus shipping.

I adhere to normal business hours during Monday - Friday. While I do my best to answer questions in the evenings and over the weekend, I no longer have an "always on" policy. A good work/life balance are essential in my life. If you DO email during the weekend, I will return your message, but it may just be on Monday :)

Resizes are $23.50 for rings without stones. Resizes are $60 for rings with stones. Please measure your finger BEFORE you place your order to avoid resizing! If your ring needs to be larger, it may need to be remade, as adding more metal creates more cuts and solder joints, making your ring prone to cracking there.

Don't forget, MEASURE YOUR FINGER BEFORE ORDERING!

Since everything is made to order, I do not accept exchanges or returns. I do offer resizing (see above) in case you need a smaller/larger ring. Be sure to measure your finger BEFORE placing your order.
